3. Professional Services and Masterclasses
3.1. Nature of Coaching
Muziika Online provides educational and consultancy services. While our coaches possess over 2587+ hours of expert training expertise, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, fame, or financial gain. Success in the music industry depends on individual effort, talent, and market variables.
3.2. Scheduling and Attendance
- Individual Coaching: Sessions must be booked in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
- Group Courses: These are scheduled at fixed times. Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds, though recordings may be provided at the coach’s discretion.
- Systemic Consistency: To achieve optimal results, students are encouraged to maintain the practice schedules provided by their instructors.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
4.1. Pricing
All prices for masterclasses, consultancy, and promotion packages are listed in the currency specified at checkout (e.g., KES or USD). Muziika Online reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
4.2. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before the commencement of any service unless a formal 36-month roadmap or installment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in a Master Service Agreement.
4.3. Refund Policy
- Digital Products/Courses: Due to the immediate delivery of intellectual property, digital courses and training materials are non-refundable once accessed.
- Vouchers: Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be redeemed within the timeframe specified on the voucher.
- Consultancy/Promotion: Once work has commenced (e.g., audit of tracks or drafting of a promotion strategy), fees are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Muziika Property
All training materials, including the “systemic coding” of our vocal exercises, curricula, and video content, are the sole property of Muziika Online. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal development. You may not record, redistribute, or sell our content.
5.2. Student Property
You retain ownership of the original music you create. However, by participating in our classes, you grant Muziika Online a limited license to use snippets of your performance (audio/video) for promotional purposes (e.g., showcasing our 100+ happy students), unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
6. User Conduct
Users agree to interact with coaches and other students in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, hate speech, or the distribution of “deepfake” or unauthorized AI-generated content mimicking other artists on our platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
7. Audio Recording and Production Standards
When utilizing our Sound Engineering or Audio Recording services:
- Hardware Responsibility: For remote sessions, the user is responsible for the quality of their local hardware (e.g., microphones, custom PC builds). Muziika Online is not responsible for recordings marred by poor local acoustic environments.
- High-Fidelity Delivery: We aim for 2026 industry standards in all output. However, the final quality is significantly dependent on the quality of the raw source files provided by the student.
8. Technology and AI Integration
In 2026, Muziika Online utilizes advanced agentic frameworks and high-fidelity audio models (such as Lyria 3) to enhance the learning experience. While we leverage these tools for arrangement and training, we prioritize the “human element.” Users must not use Muziika-provided AI tools to generate content that infringes on third-party copyrights.
9. Gift Vouchers and School Programmes
- Vouchers: Must be redeemed via the official muziika.online portal. Muziika Online is not responsible for lost or stolen voucher codes.
- School Programmes: Contracts with educational institutions are subject to separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding on-site conduct and student privacy.
10. Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is paramount. We collect data necessary for providing services, such as your name, contact details, and vocal recordings. We do not sell your data to third parties. For a full breakdown of how we handle your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muziika Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. This includes, but is not limited to, vocal strain resulting from improper practice or failure to follow coach instructions, or loss of data due to local hardware failure.
12. External Links and Promotion
Our site may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g., streaming services or the ICF Canada conference site). Muziika Online does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of these external sites.
13. Modifications to Terms
Muziika Online reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on muziika.online. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Termination
Muziika Online reserves the right to terminate your access to the services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Muziika brand.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Nairobi.

19. Specific Provisions for 2026 Digital Services
19.1. Agentic Frameworks
Our use of agentic frameworks is designed to provide real-time feedback and scheduling. While highly reliable, Muziika Online is not responsible for temporary service outages caused by global internet infrastructure or cloud service provider downtime.
19.2. High-Fidelity Standards
We define “High-Fidelity” as audio output meeting or exceeding 24-bit/96kHz standards. Our production team ensures all mastered tracks meet the loudness standards (LUFS) required by major 2026 streaming platforms.
